Peshawar, 11 April 2016: Dr Abdul Malik, Cardiac Surgeon from Peshawar has been elected as central President of PIMA for the session 2016-18. The election took place on the occasion of 24th central biennial convention held at Peshawar Medical College on 2-3 April 2016. He did his graduation from Khyber Medical College (KMC) in 1994 and FCPS in Cardiac Surgery in 2002. At present, he is Associate Professor of Department of Cardiovascular surgery in Lady Reading Hospital Peshawar. He joined PIMA in 1994 and served on different responsibilities like President of local unit, then Peshawar city and then PIMA President KPK Province in 2011.
