Peshawar, 23 December 2015: PIMA KPK and AIMS Diabetes and Research Hospital Peshawar have signed an MoU to hold six free sugar camps for earthquake affectees in Peshawar, Lower Dir, Upper Dir, Swat, Shangla and Bajor. 1st of these camps is planned to be held in the EQ affected area of CHAMKANI, Peshawar on 22 December. Anti-diabetic medications including Insulin will be provided free of cost to all the patients. The patients registered through these camps will be given registrations cards entitling them to 20% subsidized follow up (diagnostic, consultation, eye check, nutritional counseling and foot care) for a period of at least three months at AIMS Sugar Hospital.
