Islamabad, 2 November 2022: Elections for the Central Executive Council of Pakistan Islamic Medical Association for the session 2022-24 have been completed. Through e-balloting, PIMA members elected 13 members from Punjab, 13 from Sindh, 9 from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa، 2 from Azad Kashmir, 1 from Balochistan and 1 from Gilgit-Baltistan. All newly elected members took oath at the occasion of PIMA/FIMA International Scientific Convention at Jinnah Convention Centre on 30th October 2022.
Members from Punjab are Prof. Muhammad Tahir Choudhry, Dr. Tahir Azam, Dr. Muhammad Saleem Ghauri, Dr. Tariq Ismail, Prof. Intizar Hussain Butt, Dr. Imran Zafar, Dr. Muhammad Hamayun, Dr. Irfanullah Malik, Dr. Abdul Hafeez Kardar, Dr. Iftikhar Burney, Dr. Saad Hameed, Prof. Mohammad Iqbal Khan and Dr. Fakhar ur Zaman.
From Sindh: Prof. Atif Hafeez Siddiqui, Dr. Ahmad Salman Khan Ghauri, Dr. Kashif Shazlee, Dr. Syed Ahmer Hamid, Prof. Muhammad Azeemuddin, Prof. Abdullah Muttaqi, Dr. Aurangzeb Rehbar, Dr. Abdul Rashid Wahab, Dr. Abdul Malik Sheikh, Dr. Aziz ur Rehman, Dr. Abdullah Khilji, Dr. Ghayas us Shan and Dr. Shayan Shadmani.
