Program Officer (PO)
The PO will organize, control and coordinate hospital operations according to the guidelines framed by the Hospital Management Committee. He will assist the Chief Executive (CE) in planning and managing the HR, physical and financial resources for the hospital; plan and implement the hospital and services promotion as well as mobilization and fund raising activities. In consult with the CE, he will set and evaluate targets for hospital services and staff, develop SOPs for hospital processes and procedures, and submit monthly, quarterly, annual and need based reports to the CE, Relief Committee KP, Director Relief PIMA, and Focal Person PIMA for the hospital. CE may assign him other related duties off & on.
- MPH or MBA or Masters in Social Sciences
- Managerial role or experience especially in hospital or health projects & programs management is preferable.
Reasonable lump sum salary and single free accommodation may be considered for non-residents of the area.
